    Capture internal purchase requests and get them approved before spending.

    Source

    Invite suppliers to RFQs, compare quotes side by side, and check supplier scorecards.

    Plan

    Use reorder planning for items at or below their reorder level.

    Track

    Follow inbound shipments; receiving stock still happens in Inventory's purchase orders.
