Does ERP Node work offline?
Yes. The POS is offline-first — if the internet drops mid-shift, billing keeps running and queued sales sync back automatically without double-counting a single bill. Pair it with the Windows desktop app and your counter PC opens ERP Node like local billing software, outage or not.
Can ERP Node replace Tally or my khata book?
For day-to-day shop books, yes. Accounting & Ledgers auto-posts journal entries from sales, purchases, and payroll, tracks customer dues and supplier payables, and gives you P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance. Finance Ledger (Khata) is your digital khata — party-wise You Gave / You Got entries with running balances, due dates, and one-tap WhatsApp payment reminders.
Can I get my own branded mobile or desktop app?
Yes. ERP Node builds you a signed Android APK and a Windows installer (.exe) carrying your app name and icon — no developer needed. The Windows setup wizard shows your logo and a terms-of-use page your staff must accept during installation, and your favicon from Settings becomes the software's icon automatically.
What hardware does ERP Node connect to?
Thermal receipt printers, cash drawers, kitchen display systems, token and order-status screens, customer paging, barcode generation and scanning, card readers, RFID/NFC prepaid cards, and biometric attendance devices — each one a plug-in addon you enable only if you use it.
